Administration

The Administration Department provides financial and management support services.

Finance Department -  produces financial reports including Budget by Month (BBM) for monitoring and evaluation.

Human Resources Department - dedicated to sustaining LAMB’s organisational culture the HR department works in the following areas:

  • Maintaining personnel information

  • Personnel reporting – national and expatriates for in house and government use

  • Recruitment process and new staff orientation

  • Policies’ clarification

Public Relations

A small group works to maintain local relationships with residents, government health officials and hospital visitors.

They attend coordination meetings at District, Sub-District (Upazilla), and Union levels. And represent LAMB by organising functions and participating in public events. The team writes press releases, newsletters, annual reports, brochures and other media materials. And occasionally contribute to LAMB’s responsive local engagement through involvement in conflict resolution.

Support Services

Our support services keep our Hospital stocked, safe and running smoothly. They look after LAMB School, Training Centre and assist our community work too.

Central Stores and Purchasing departments ensure the availability of supplies. The Ground & Building Maintenance and Housekeeping department keeps the project facilities clean and maintains all machinery and equipment. The Security department protects all project assets and maintains the security of the project. While keeping the vehicles running, the Vehicle Maintenance department also provides the essential link with the outreach programmes.
